Godzilla returns to the IMAX 3D theater. After more than 10 years after the film premiered last Asian giant lizard created in 1954, Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures planning to return it to the world of cinema, new and more voracious.
The producers plan to make a fresh start to get take full advantage of the iconic giant beast.
Both companies signed an agreement with the owners of the Japanese Godzilla-Toho-for the monster back to the screen, only this time it improved and in IMAX 3D.
For its part, Yoshimitsu Banno, director of Godzilla vs. Hedorah in 1971, got the funds to develop a version of it in IMAX 3D 40 minutes.
As discussed in charge of Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures, they seek to show that all the Godzilla fans want to see, because the character has the power to remain in force in pop culture despite the weather.
The new Godzilla film director has not yet defined, but it would be premiering in 2012.
