March 4 is released in Spain this Australian film director Stuart Beattie, who was also responsible for writing the script. The film stars Lincoln Lewis, Chris Pang, Deniz Akdeniz and Caitlin Stasey.
The story of the film deals with a pattern familiar to us and is reaching the point of wear within the genre of action and adventure. Caitlin Stasey plays Ellie, a young woman with her group of friends decide to make a journey to live the ultimate experience together before the summer holidays come to an end.
The destination is a beautiful valley paradise, which will soon become a totally different from what they had imagined. One night appear in the sky several squadrons of aircraft, and from there, these young people will have to fight alone to escape, survive and fight an unknown and hostile military force.
This is the directorial debut of screenwriter Stuart Beattie, who has worked just to the hit Pirates of the Caribbean. The film is based on the novel by John Marsden Youth, under the title “Tomorrow, When the War Began.”
The film was nominated for five awards IF (Australian film awards), winning four of them in the categories of Best Actress, Best Film, Best Music and Best Screenplay. The other nomination was for Best Actor Deniz Akdeniz.
